Ambassadors are highly visible, prestigious volunteers who serve as the Chamber's primary liaison to Chamber members. Considered the goodwill arm of the Chamber, the Ambassador Team plays an essential role in member recruitment, communication, and retention. Each Ambassador is charged with conveying member needs, questions, and concerns to Chamber staff, keeping our Chamber in line with our members' desires. Each Ambassador makes a commitment to build lasting relationships with the community in order to build a loyal, committed membership base that will continue to support, participate, and invest in the Chamber. Yolonda Young, Relational Communication Coaching
Relational Communication Coach | Workplace Performance Strategist | Chamber Ambassador

Yolonda “Coach Lovey” Young is the founder of Relational Communication Coaching, where she helps individuals, couples, and organizations strengthen communication, improve relationships, and unlock greater performance in both personal and professional environments. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University, Yolonda brings both academic insight and extensive professional experience to her work. She has spent more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, including over a decade in leadership and management roles and more than five years in corporate-level positions focused on training, coaching, and professional development. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about helping people grow, communicate effectively, and succeed together.

Today, Yolonda channels that experience into three core programs designed to support different areas of life and business. Through WorkWell, she partners with employers and organizations to strengthen workplace communication, leadership alignment, and team productivity. Her approach focuses on helping leaders understand how their teams think, communicate, and collaborate so that businesses can increase engagement and drive stronger results. 
Through WeWed, Yolonda works with couples and committed partners to help them reconnect, strengthen communication, and build healthier relationship dynamics. Her coaching tools and interactive resources are designed to help couples rediscover connection, improve understanding, and grow together. Through her Coach Lovey personal coaching services, Yolonda also works one-on-one with individuals who want to develop stronger communication skills, gain clarity in their relationships, and move forward with confidence in their personal and professional lives.

Beyond her work as a coach and consultant, Yolonda is also an Ambassador for the Brandon Riverview Chamber of Commerce, where she enjoys welcoming new members, building relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the local business community. Beyond her Chamber involvement, Yolonda also serves as Vice President of her HOA community, where she helps support neighborhood leadership, communication, and community initiatives. She is also a speaker at churches and women’s gatherings, where she is known for creating powerful moments of connection that energize and motivate audiences to strengthen their relationships and communication. Yolonda also creates handcrafted candles, room scents, and conversation card decks designed to spark meaningful dialogue and deepen connection. Her relationship decks feature original questions written from her own coaching experience and have helped many couples and individuals open conversations that lead to stronger relationships. Her products are available through her website, online platforms, and at regional marketplace events where she enjoys connecting with the community face-to-face.

​Outside of her professional work, Yolonda is a wife and proud mother of two sons and is passionate about helping people build stronger connections in every area of life. Her mission is simple: to help people communicate better so relationships, workplaces, and communities can thrive.
